November 27
Jerry Lee Cook, 206 West Lee St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Carlos A. Brassell, 956 Lawrence Brothers Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with embezzlement. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Christy Nicole Moudy, 114 Lawson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Billy S. Tucker, 209 Court St., Batesville, was arrested on a child support lock-up order.

Cedric R. Jones, 12 Duson Ave., Crowder, is being held for the district attorney’s office.

Larry Warren Jackson, 204 Main St., Como, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Leslye P. Butts, 221 Bates St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jorge Soto Sanchez, 109 James St. Apt. 2, Batesville, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license and running a stop sign. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Ronnie Lee Porter, 4329 Barnacre Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with false information, no tag, no driver’s license and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Judy Arlene Warren, 1022 Riverview Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Dennis G. Brown, 643 Stephen Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Larry W. Jackson, 204 Main St., Como, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Robert Earl Barksdale Jr., 42 Greenbriar Circle, Courtland, was arrested on a child support lock-up order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court and Justice Court.

Terry Lee Turner, 686 Herron Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no insurance and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Courtland Municipal Court.

Dunn Lynn Redden, 19369 Eugene Rd., Eugene Rd., Harrisbury, Ark., is being held for Jefferson City, Mo.

Charles E. Baker, 157 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, is a state inmate being housed at the jail.

Robert E. Lee Raines, 16 Robin Rd., Water Valley, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Ricky M. Fly, 2178 Highway 7 North, Grenada, was arrested and charged with DUI- first offense and littering. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ronnie Robertson, 1496 Sardis Lake Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk and disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Trinita Ann Winfield, 172 Hardy Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and contempt. The case will be heard in Courtland Municipal Court.

Kendra C. Mitchell, 236 Pearson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Talisha S. Lloyd, 434 Taylor St., Como, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Sylvester Sharmane Clay Jr., 8019 Highway 315 West, Sledge, was arrested and charged with DUI- second offense, careless driving, no insurance and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Larry Joe Smith, 6345 Tchulahoma, Southaven, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure, driving while license suspended – implied consent and DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Willie Oliver Reed, 101 Martinez St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, disorderly conduct- failure to comply and careless driving. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Archie Nathan Joiner, 644 James Crouch Rd., Courtland, is being held for investigation.

Jabari S. Albritton, 301 Fredrick St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief and aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court and Circuit Court.

Courtney Paige Caine, 214 Pollard St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct- failure to comply. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Leroy Kelson, 816 James St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, careless driving and no tag. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Steve Bernard Fondren, 1217-A Springport Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with unlawful shot size, no hunting license, hunting from a public road, three counts of headlighting and possession of illegally taken game. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Michael Bernard Pride, 567 Rock Hill Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with unlawful shot size, hunting from a public road, three counts of headlighting and two counts of possession of illegally taken game. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Dennis Darnell Small, 4218 Spring Leaf Lane, Memphis, was arrested and charged with three counts of headlighting, two counts of illegally taken game, unlawful shot size, non-resident license and hunting from a public road. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Robert Lavell Spain, 876 Sanders Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license and no insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Willie C. Henderson, 303 Railroad St., Como, was arrested and charged with sale of cocaine. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
