August 21
Delorine Harris, 497 Greg Taylor Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Pineda L. Hernandez, 152 Roberson Rd., Ripley, was arrested on an extradition warrant.

Sherry G. Daniels, 1685 Ridge Rd., Sarah, was arrested and charged with DUI, speeding and leaving the scene of an accident. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

August 22
Joseph W. LaPorte II, 2695 Baker Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

David W. Harris, 4917 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of the child support law. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Michael L. Taylor, 357 Greg Taylor Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with kidnapping and armed robbery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Bobby Lewis Doyle, 242 Tate-Panola Rd., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with simple assault, trespassing and disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

August 23
Gail M. Collins, 315 Mt. Olive Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with false pretenses. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jacqueline L. Johnson, 211 Tubbs Rd., Apt. 15, Batesville, was arrested and charged with child abuse. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Janet L. Willis, 12254-A Highway 35 South, Batesville, was arrested and charged with nine counts of false pretenses. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Danny L. Williams, 320 Panola Ave., Batesville, was arrested and charged with sexual battery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Linda Marie Russell, 207 Vance St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with exploitation of a vulnerable adult. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

August 24
Antonio Crump, 120 Williams St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Marcus D. Smallie, 4038 Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Earl Wilson Jr., 314 Percyville St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Tarvell D. Gleaton, 744-C Green Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with possessing stolen property. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Joe Edward Smith, 2242 Vassar Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with burglary and petit larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Dominick Johnny Royston, 1757 West 6th St., Freeport, Texas, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Ricco S. Echols, 321 Church St., Como, was arrested and charged with violation of the child support law. The case will be heard in Chancery Court. He is also being held for investigation.

Gregory D. Nelson, 287 Dishmon Rd., Como, is being held for investigation.

Kedrick Johnson, 287 Dishmon Rd., Como, is being held for investigation.

Mark Andre Walls, 425 James Johnson Rd., Como, is being held for investigation.

John Patrick Smith, 3588 Pope-Crowder Rd., Enid, is being held for investigation.

Thomas W. Watkins, 217 Pearson St., Batesville, was arrested and will serve three years.

Prentiss Lamar Harris, 2013 Prospect St., Memphis, was arrested and charged with DUI, no driver’s license and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Stephanie T’netta Puryear, 2013 Prospect St., Memphis, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

August 25
Johnny S. Ellinburg, 7002 Highway 6 West, Batesville, is being housed to attend a funeral.

Rico D. Leland, 204 Everette St., Batesville, is being housed for an appearance in Circuit Court.

Tommy Robertson, 228 Baker Rd., Batesville, is being housed for an appearance in Circuit Court.

Fredrick J. Jones, 12 Dawson St., Crowder, is being housed for an appearance in Circuit Court.

LaCandis Burnette, 409 Warren St., Como, is being held for investigation.

Rayford Mitchell Pegues, 1120 Brittany Rd., Oxford, was arrested and charged with DUI, no driver’s license and expired inspection sticker. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Gregory Shegog, 2798 Shiloh Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

August 26
Jason McClay, 304 Hubbard Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with domestic violence- simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Anthony Wade Daugherty, Longtown Rd., Crenshaw, was held for investigation, but no charges were filed.

Larry David Fuqua, 200 Calvary St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with trespassing. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Sedric M. Watters, 431 Tubbs Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct- failure to comply. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Javan Walker, 232 Bill Wallace Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, running a stop sign and expired tag. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

August 27
Michael Paul Thibodeaux, 109 Henry Heafner Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI- second offense and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Latiffany N. Dishmon, 213 Dewberry St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jana D. Stuart, 5041 Seas Chapel Rd., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with domestic violence/simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Gregory M. Wilkins, 5041 Seas Chapel Rd., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with domestic violence/simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Arnett B. Baines, 3676 Winchester Rd., Memphis, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, speeding (100/70), no insurance, careless driving, failure to stop for blue lights, improper tag and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
