Joel Rush Howell, 2628 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, is being held on a court order. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Debra M. Savage, 602-A Mulberry St., Charleston, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Alan Keith Wright, 711 Boothe St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with careless driving and DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jeffery Marcel Robinson, 215 Martin Luther King Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jhavarious Sanchanez Hentz, 2823 Henderson Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with felony possession, DUI, loud music and expired license. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Montra D. Towns, 103 Field St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with open container and possession of controlled substance (cocaine). The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jomorrious Montell Walls, 129 Willow St., Sardis, is serving 30 days. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Anthonie Jermaine Henderson, 818 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no seat belt, open container and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Sharlene Crockett, 747 Riley St., Clarksdale, was arrested and charged with five counts of bad checks. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

LaQunta V. Tellis, 6183 Hwy. 6 West, Batesville, is serving 30 days. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Shaneeka Williams, 86 Otto Sanford Tubb, Courtland, is serving 30 days. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Todd Gregory Knight, 1660 Bell Rd., Courtland, was transferred to the state penitentiary in Parchman.

Christopher Thomas Abston, 108 Atwell St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with grand larceny-burglary of a commercial building. The case will be heard in Batesville City Court.

Steven Tolliver, 207 Wattt St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with grand larceny-burglary of a commercial building. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Keisha L. Curry, 5779-B Pleasant Grove Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with forgery. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court and Justice Court.

Anthony V. Burt, 907 Williams Stoks St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with simple assault to create fear. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

Melvin R. Brown Jr., 40025 Carrolton Ave., New Orleans, La., was arrested and charged with speeding (100/70) and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jerry Johnson, 35 Brown Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Vincent L. Powell, 205-P Leonard St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to pay. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Eddie Wayne Willis, 12218 Highway 35 South, Batesville, is a state inmate being housed.

Wesley Dean McCain, 956 Highway 7 South, Water Valley, was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Darris Darrel Buford, 1308 Hammond Hill Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with improper turn, reckless driving, driving while license suspended, running a stop sign, failure to yield to blue lights and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Eddie Donnail Strong, 504 Clearbrook Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Alberto Angel Umanzor, 4237 Zario Ave., Memphis was arrested and charged with non-resident fishing license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Belkin Cruz, 4237 Zario Ave., Memphis was arrested and charged with non-resident fishing license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Gustavo Valasquez, 6002 #2 Water Stone Apartments, Riverdale Rd., Memphis, was arrested and charged with non-resident fishing license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

John Eric Crain, 204 Latitia St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and robbery. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court and Circuit Court.

Cordette L. Mottley, 303 Railroad St., Lot #23, Como, was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Fredrick Gonzalez Leach, 406 Fredrick St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Stanley Baker, Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice court.

Willie Reeves Jr., 4537 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault and domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jermaine D. Tunson, Lot 4 Courtney Village, Courtland, was arrested and charged with convicted felon in possession of a firearm, DUI-other substance, possession of marijuana in a vehicle, no driver’s license and speeding. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Lemarko T. Moore, 126 Patterson Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault causing bodily injury. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Peyton S. Langston, 10619 Bethel Rd., Olive Branch, was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense, reckless driving and driving on wrong side of the road. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Gary Justin Scrape, 489-A Hartzel Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana and disturbance of the peace. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Michael Pegues, CR 303 #9 Old Taylor Rd., Oxford, was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense, suspended driver’s license, disregard for a traffic device, no proof of insurance and two counts of possession of controlled substance (cocaine and marijuana). The case will be heard in Justice Court.
