January 16
William D. Bell, 2045 Hughes Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

DeMarcus H. Banyard, 665 Rankin Rd., Canton, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than one ounce. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Marcus T. Armstrong, 230 Johnson Cove, Como, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Misty Ford Carpenter, 331 Bethel Rd., Enid, is a state inmate here for court. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Adam Oliver, 244 Martin Luther King Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and contempt of court, and is serving seven months.

Christopher D. Johnson, 149 Mayfield Dr., Jackson, is here for Circuit Court.

Christopher J. Haney, 866 Askew Rd., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with forgery. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Teresa A. Brooks, 203 Deaton St., Batesville, is serving 90 days for contempt.

Earnest L. Porter, 149 Victor Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with DUI, no driver’s license and no inspection sticker. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Aretha J. Jenkins, 155 Martin Luther King Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with false pretense. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Allen Clay, 362 Dian St., West Helena, Ark., was arrested and charged with forgery or altered prescription. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Henry Reed, 1170 North Park, Tunica, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, careless driving and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

Alexander Mister, 1808 Cotton Plant Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jonathan X. Parker, 302 Patton Ln., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

January 19
Larry Ford, Lester St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jermane D. Tunson, Courtney Village, Courtland, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Larry W. Ford, 7024 Morrow Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with contempt – failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Shamica M. McClay, 304 Hubbard Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with false pretense (two counts). The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Robert E. Boggy, 68 Lafferty Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with threatening a police officer. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Roy R. Hale, 550 Simpson Rd., Sledge, was arrested and charged with DUI and possession of a controlled substance (cocaine). The case will be heard in Justice and Circuit Court.

Charlie A. Chandler, 1615 Ales Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no tag and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

John M. Smoot, 113 Shagbark, Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI, careless driving, expired tag and open container. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Millard C. Hardin, 2129 Hwy. 33, Tupelo, was arrested and charged with reckless driving, DUI and felony fleeing of a police officer. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

January 20
Corey A. Chaudin, 3984 Simon Chapell Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, DUI, no proof of insurance, open container and possession of alcohol by a minor. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Truss Gramila, 304 Hill Crest, Carthage, was arrested and charged with aggressive behavior and simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Matthew W. Henry, 424 Martin Luther King Apt. B., Oxford, had his bond revoked. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

Marvin G. Bobo, Mayrell Woods Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with failure to obey child support law. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Howard R. Tittle Jr., 14207 County Rd., Kennett, Mo., was transferred to the state penitentiary in Parchman. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

Fred Gassion, 4742 Park Place Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with failure to obey child support law. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

James E. Houston, 273 Greg Taylor Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Wayne Terrel Lamar, 548 Edwards Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with failure to obey child support law.

Isiah Williams, 6869 Compress Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with disturbance of the peace. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Brandy Wayne Davis, 3481 Baker Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

MarKavious Edward Curry, 5805 Landfill Rd., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with contempt-failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

January 21
Mary Virginia Gaters, 3392 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tonia Kay Griffin, 8742 Magnolia Cove, Southaven, is being held for Desoto County.

Aundra T. Jefferson, 2747 Meadow Lake Dr., Memphis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, speeding, no proof of insurance, DUI and possession of marijuana with intent. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Raphael M. Smith, 3945 Blackuring Dr., Memphis, was arrested and charged with felony possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Raymond Carol Rolland, 60 Joe Dettor Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
