October 17
James W. Newman, 6319 Pleasant Hill, Hernando, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no tag, no proof of insurance and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

October 18
Karrell Toney Frazier, 127 North Heard Lot 21, Senatobia, was arrested and charged with bond surrender/ no proof of insurance and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Willie Curry, 2512 James David Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering.

October 19
Monica Love, 1693 Beaver Trail Dr., Cordova, Tenn., was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Antonio Marsini Cox, 81 Walnut Rd., Sardis, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Eric Jerome Harrell, 182 Hammond Hill Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Cliff T. Johnson, 135 Al Johnson Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance, possession of marijuana, expired inspection sticker, expired tag, no driver’s license and DUI (other). The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tommy White, 1240 Fairhaven Loop, Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with burglary and petit larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Charles M. Abenante, 384 Bemis Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with possession of felony marijuana, no driver’s license and no inspection sticker. The case will be heard in Circuit and Justice Court.

Jessie J. Dishmon, 2328 Park Place Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Brandy D. Burns, B 31 Central Academy Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Daniel Lee Burns, 614 Carlisle Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jefferie Leonard Johnson, 18505 Hwy. 315, Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Anita Sue Tidwell, 3675 Church St., Jonestown, is being held for investigation and was charged with open container. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Joshua Allen Floyd, 316 Sixth St., Marks, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Larry Wayne Cook, 116 Johnson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI (first) and open container. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Stevie Wayne Weaver, 580 C. Shady Grove Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Daniel W. Gray, 778 Tubbs Rd., Batesville, was served a bench warrant. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Charles Lark, 5733 Lucious Taylor Rd., Como, is being held for investigation.

Clarence D. Barton, Old Panola Rd., Como, is being held for investigation.

Jerrecy Evans, 205 North Stone St., Fulton, is being transferred to the state penitentiary in Parchman.

Fredrick Black, 202 Abe Rd., Como, is being held for investigation.

Vanessa R. Willingham, 329 Alonzo Gipson Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Toney K. Hughes, 206 Arizona St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Carlos Antonio Molghee, 111 A. Cole Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Juan Rodrique, 3730 Oatland #3, Memphis, Tenn., was arrested and charged with non-resident fishing license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Osvaloo Rublero, 3730 Oatland #3, Memphis, Tenn., was arrested and charged with non-resident fishing license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

LaShan R. Carpenter, 201 Pettit, Batesville, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Darrin L. Ford, 230-A Carlisle Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with felony fleeing from a police officer, running a stop sign, driving while license suspended and reckless driving. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Terry L. Bright, 3469 Shiloh Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

David L. Persinger, 72 Banner Rd., Enid, was arrested and charged with contempt-failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Pope Municipal Court.

Todd L. Henderson Jr., 29241 Hwy. 6 East, Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt-failure to pay fines, DUI (second), resisting arrest, driving while license suspended, disorderly conduct and public profanity. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Lewis E. Sanford, 4801 Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

James Phillips, 412 Crump St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt and false information. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
