Jerome Porter, 3291 Joiner Rd. Batesville, was arrested and charged with no tag and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Katrina L. Love, 1166 Lawrence Brothers Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI, no proof of insurance, no tag and no vehicle sticker. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Preston Gleeton Jr., 310 Gleeton Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI (second), driving while license suspended (implied consent) and careless driving. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Lauri A. France, 3803 Old Panola Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kenneth B. Hill, 3803 Old Panola Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Crystal D. Griffin, 475 Green Briar Circle, Courtland, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Joe N. Benson, 1738-A Benson Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with manufacturing marijuana.

Christopher B. Ross, 5019 Compress Rd., Batesville, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Willie Roy Moorehead, 5525 Lucy Taylor Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with careless driving, disorderly conduct and DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jeffery Nelson, 509 Rockhill Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit burglary and taking of an auto. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

David Heafner, 643 C Hudson Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Lavanders M. Muskin, 425 Washington St. #29, Clarksdale, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, receiving stolen property and felony fleeing from a police officer. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Daniel W. Gray, 778 Tubbs Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with improper tag and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
