Derick A. Pollard, 5958 Curtis Rd., Batesville, is being held for mental evaluation.

Shawn Lee Sanford, 305 Sherwood Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Enrico M. Mabry, 436 Taylor St., Como, was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

August 16
Prince M. Poole, 113 C Cove Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with three counts of simple assault and malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Kenneth W. Vanlandingham, 818 S. Main St., Water Valley, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended (implied consent). The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Gregory Dewayne Coleman, 1813 Belmont Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with violation of probation.

Jack Lynn Chandler, 1565 Ales Rd., Batesville, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Walter Lee Partee, 23857 Hwy. 310 East, Como, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Chris A. Ladd, 119 1/2 Field St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with fleeing a law officer in a motor vehicle in a reckless manor. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jeremy D. Lee, 11 B Otto Sanford Subdivision, Courtland, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Rickey L. Brooks, 200 CR 271, Oxford, was arrested and charged with trespassing. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Brandon A. O’Conner, 1182 Tony Keating Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI (second). The case will be heard in Justice Court.

August 18
Anthony W. Daugherty, Batesville, was arrested and charged with burglary, petit larceny, disorderly conduct -failure to comply and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Circuit and Batesville Municipal Court.

April N. Morris, 18467 Hwy. 51 South, Sardis, was arrested and charged with false pretense. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Martin N. Garcia, 114 Holly Cove, Batesville, is serving 10 days for second DUI.

Marius A. Jones, 102 Mackey Avenue, Batesville, is here for court. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Freddie L. Martin, 5736 Nataz, Horn Lake, is being transferred to the state penitentiary.

Charles Mays, P.O. Box 3391, Miles St., Calhoun City, is being transferred to the state penitentiary.

Stephanie A. Havens, 18112 Hwy. 51 North, Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ann R. Joslin, 18112 Hwy. 51 North, Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family and assault on a juvenile. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Leron Wilson, Percyville St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Robbie G. Bell, 1100 N. Ingram, West Memphis, Ark., was arrested and charged with expired driver’s license and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Samantha D. Beavers, 117 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Gloriastene Hunt, 5779 Pleasant Grove Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

August 19
Jerry H. Johnson, 35 Dawn Cove, Courtland, was arrested and charged with DUI, reckless driving and no inspection sticker. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Rodney D. Fondren, 2812 Seven Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than an ounce and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Shameika R. Robinson, 203 D. Leonard St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, expired tag and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Crystal N. Armstrong, 202 W. Lee St., Sardis, is being held for investigation.

Kentrell D. Armstrong, 154 Old Panola Rd., Como, is being held for investigation.

Derrick E. Faulkner, 39 Roger Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with three counts of reckless driving, two counts of running a stop sign, no proof of insurance, leaving the scene of an accident, no seat belt, failure to yield to blue lights and driving on the wrong side of the road. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tirus S. Jones, 256 Fudge Town Rd., Sardis, is being transferred to the state penitentiary.

Perry S. Rudd, 3946 Eureka Rd., Courtland, is being transferred to the state penitentiary.

Geary Buford Ray, 7002 Hwy. 6 West, Batesville, is being transferred to the state penitentiary.

Eric Dwayne Conner, 59 Van Jones St., Sardis, is being transferred to the state penitentiary.

David Christopher Tindell, 161 B. Henry Heffner Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance, no seat belt, simple possession of marijuana and improper turn. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Michael Bradford Lawrence, 306-A Hickory Hill Drive, Batesville, was arrested and charged with failure to pay child support. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

David Allen Atkinson, 56 CR 469, Oxford, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Pope Municipal Court.

August 20
Freddie S. Hudspeth, 2230 Truslow Rd., Sarah, was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Cedric E. Echols, 5701-C Pleasant Grove Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Stacy Lorraine Bullard, 409 Will Stewart Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Nakia Lasha Barnett, 303 Railroad St. Lot 3, Como, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

August 21
Sherry S. Atkinson, 644 James Crouch Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with being a U.S. Army Deserter. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Grace Ann Darby, 2509 Belmont Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Robert Mack Jr., West Pearl St., Sardis, is being held for investigation.

Chad Allen Richardson, 187 Morrow Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Mark D. Thomas, 2585 Chapel Town Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with contempt – failure to appear. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
