John Matthew Hughes, 1206 Chickasaw Rd., Oxford, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Justice court.

July 26
Renard B. Cole, 136 Hoskins Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt, resisting arrest and possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Rodregis D. Lewis, 312 Hernando St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with speeding, driving while license suspended, no seat belt and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

July 27
Mary Ann Robinson, 2248 McNeely Rd., Courtland, is serving 30 days for contempt of court.

Terry Joe Potts, 900 Pang St., Marks, was arrested and charged with grand larceny and burglary of a commercial building. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Preston Goodwin, 246 CR 461, Oxford, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit court.

Christopher G. Golden, 4921 Central Academy Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit court.

Kenric T. Hughes, 102 Gracie Cove, Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Sharon M. Winters, 331 Bethel Rd., Enid, was transferred to the Mississippi State Penitentiary.

Willie Market, 2827 A. Hentz Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with disturbance of family. The case will be heard in Justice court.

Stephanie Letesha Watson, P.O. Box 421, Sledge, is being held for Crenshaw.

Sharmelle N. Stokes, 105 North Ave., Crenshaw, is being held for Crenshaw.

July 29
Forest Davis Jr., 803 Porter St., Crenshaw, was arrested for breaking and entering, burglary and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit court.

Willie E. Johnson, 126 Missouri St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with accessory after the fact. The case will be heard in Circuit court.

Michael L. Young, 5779 B. Pleasant Grove Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Justice court.

Courtney A. Hughes, 113 Browning St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, discharging a firearm in city limits and felony possession of a firearm. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

July 30
Darrell W. Chambers, 1169 Heafner Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Charles E. Jackson, 402 Tate Panola Rd., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice court.

Micky A. Hudson, 711 E. Camp Wisdom Rd., Duncanville, Texas, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

July 31
John R. Phillips, 309 Main St., Como, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Leroy Honeycutt, 1348 Island Lake Rd., Lambert, was arrested and charged with DUI (second). The case will be heard in Justice court.

Terry L. Lesley, 2458 Fabens Rd. #20, Dallas, Texas, is being held for Texas.

Jerry L. Melton, 2156 Vassar Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with suspended driver’s license and expired tag. The case will be heard in Pope Municipal Court.

Anthony W. Jones, 427 Frederick St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended (implied consent) and had a warrant-indictment. The case will be heard in Justice court and Batesville Municipal Court.
