Cornell Sanford, 146 Otto Sanford Sub., Courtland, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to pay fines, improper equipment and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Christopher J. Whitten, 117 Hoskins Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with trespassing. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Benereto S. Aguilar, 775 A. Hwy. 30 East Oxford, was arrested and charged with fondling. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Roger Wayne Havens, 1091 Oak Grove Rd., Oakland, was arrested and charged with trespassing (two counts), resisting arrest and threatening phone calls. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Edward Deshayne Ford, 808 Wells Ext., Courtland, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Willie G. McMillan, 500 Armstrong, Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt and false pretense (three counts). The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Robert R. Buice, 15820 A. Balentine Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with false pretense (four counts). The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Mary R. Robinson, 2248 McNeely Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with threatening phone calls and bad checks. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kemp L. Blackmon, 226 Noble St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court.

Jeffery L. Norwood, 626 Edwards Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt-failure to complete work program. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Terry Lee Myers, 1590 State Park Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jimmy Gray Presteridge, 152 Elenor Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Theresa A. Brooks, 214 Tubbs Rd. #14, Batesville, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Erik J. Perez, 374 Hunter Creek Rd., Charleston, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Rodney O. Ladd, 1105 B. Hawkins Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with possession of open container. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Randy L. Tiner, 1414 A. Curtis-Locke Station Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Nicholas B. Williams, 104 Magnolia, Sardis, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Cynthia G. Bryant, 4125 Stephen Lane, Jonesboro, Ark., was arrested and charged with DUI, suspended driver’s license and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Chase C. Roberts, 273 Farrish Gravel Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, contempt – failure to pay fines, failure to yield to blue lights, no proof of insurance, careless driving and open container. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

June 5
Antonio A. Harrell, 387 Bill Wallace Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Corderio S. Lark, Jones St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Marvin T. Smith, 6090 Stafford Dr., Southaven, was arrested and charged with petit larceny, public drunk and vagrancy. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Danny Burgess, 2766 Seven Rd., Batesville, issued a bench warrant and arrested and charged with the sale of cocaine and petit larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Wesley D. Miller, P.O. Box 118, Lambert, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Samuel Clinton McMullins, 34 Krotzer Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with failure to obey child support law. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Perius Lavelle Black, 307 Church St. Ext. Apt. 25, Como, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

David Zee Black, Henry Heafner Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Brandon V. Fair, 5555 Kayla Dr., Southaven, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance, speeding, careless driving, no seat belt, no inspection sticker, improper lane and no inspection sticker. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Travis Jermaine Brown, 1093 Stafford St., Memphis, Tenn., was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana (felony). The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Stephen S. Beavers, 218 J. Broadway St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt – failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Forest Davis Jr., 803 Porter St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with trespassing. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Annie F. Blackburn, 104 Patton Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Carlos D. Young, 311 Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Willie F. Harris, 67 A Old Panola Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended (implied consent) and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Kenneth G. Martin, 2100 Teasdale Rd., Enid, was arrested and charged with careless driving and possession of a controlled substance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Paul Taylor, 4589 Hwy. 310, Crenshaw, is being transferred to Parchman.

Angela D. Sanders, Henry Heafner Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with false pretenses (two counts). The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Timothy James Hudspeth, 213 Armstead Jones Rd., Crenshaw, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kenneth Michael Smith, 27984 Hwy. 6 East, Sardis, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

James C. Authur, 2726 Mt. Vernon, Benton, Ark., was arrested and charged with kidnapping and is being held for Arkansas.

Marco Kantrell Lamar, 204 Clairmont St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Brian O’Neal Scurlock, 218 Noble St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault and possession of a controlled substance (cocaine). The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Melanie T. Rose, 3572 Mt. Olivet Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Tracy D. Rushing, 386 Greenbriar Circle, Courtland, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Willie T. Love, 19 Shiloh Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with careless driving, no driver’s license and possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Lewis W. Stevenson, Eagle Nest Trailer Park, Sardis, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, public drunk and disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

June 12
LaWanda M. Smith, 2784 Hwy. 6 East, Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Betty K. Franks, 38 North Wood Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence, disorderly conduct, public drunk and disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Larry R. Franks, 38 North Wood Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence, simple assault and failure to comply. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
