April 18
Kent Q. Knight, 190 Airport Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt – failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Grady L. Pitcock, 212 Pollard St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended-implied consent. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

April 19
Keneshia L. Reed, 231 Van Voris St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt – failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

, 6240 Bradford Circle, Southaven, is serving 60 days. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Alfred L. McClinton
, 512 South Crochet Rd., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with violation of the child support law. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Lawrence M. Kukendoll Jr.
, 168 Flowers Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of child support law. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Kevin L. Hall, 47 Echols Dr., Phillip, was arrested and charged with violation of probation and possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jessica L. Kemp, 310 S. Circle, Clarksdale, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Richard Owens, 908 Floyd Island Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Richard A. Elkins, 295 Franklin Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

James Robert Taylor Jr., 9232 Edith Nankipoo Rd., Ripley, Tenn., was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

April 21
Igor Grushewsley, 145 Lake Ridge St., Peters, Mo., was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jayson D. Dishmon, 414 Taylor Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with uttering forgery and breaking and entering (motor vehicle). The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Bruce Neil Lannet, 1312 A. Lemester Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with two counts of simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ozell Hibbler, 109 W.C. Franklin St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with failure to pay child support. Justice Court.

Brent Clemons, 9350 Barbee Rd., Hernando, was arrested and charged with no insurance, driving while license suspended and careless driving. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Robert Calvin Harris, 412 B. Alcorn St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with no tag, driving while license suspended and no insurance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Therix Andrea Johnson, 570 Bill Wallace Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public profanity. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

April 22
John R. Symon, 3202 Maxie Dr., Pearl, has been transferred here for court appearance.

John Poyner Sr., 208 Pearson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with two counts of statutory rape and fondling. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

April 23
Travis T. Hale, 200 Jones St./Baker Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt, no insurance, driving while license suspended (implied consent) and leaving the scene of an accident. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Travis L. Burt, 3 Oak Rd., Charleston, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

April 24
Clarence Bramlett, 3019 CR, Oxford, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Travious L. Armstrong, 268 Connie Ross Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Anthony L. Davis, 10 Courtney Village, Courtland, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

James Wesley King, 495 Kyle Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with expired tag and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

William I. Nelson Jr., 930 Old Denmark Rd., Jackson, Tenn., was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, careless driving and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
