February 21
Annie M. Baker, Steve Taylor Rd. #10 Gore St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and no insurance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Robert J. Boyce, 21102 Hwy. 310 E., Como, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Feb. 22
Kevin Hines, 3676 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt BPD, contempt PSO, driving while license suspended, no insurance, reckless driving and possession of marijuana less than an ounce. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tyrence L. Sanford, Shiloh Rd., Courtland, is being transferred to Parchman. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Devon Joiner A/K/A Crab Draper, 91 A. Edward Smith Rd., Batesville, is being held on grand jury indictment. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
February 23

Jason A. Kitchekeg, 219 Vance St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

James Douglas Willie, 16 Courtney Village Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with contempt and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

February 24
Timmy D. Chapman, 1848 Woodruff Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no insurance, driving while license suspended, speeding, failure to yield to blue lights and reckless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Russell Fondren, 1269 Tom Cooper Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with grand larceny and petit larceny. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Willard D. Porter, 18153 Hwy. 51 South, Sardis, is being held for Tennessee.

Chase C. Roberts, 273 Farrish Gravel Rd., Batesville, is being held for mental evaluation. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Bruce Allen Johnson, 72 Teasdale Rd., Enid, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, failure to yield to blue lights and reckless driving. The case will be heard in Pope Municipal Court.

February 25
Jeremy Mare Adams, 268 Oakdale Dr., Pope, is being transferred to Parchman. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

George T. Polk, 345 Longtown Rd., Sarah, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jimmy C. Newsom, 218 Hassell Rd., Coldwater, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Terrence C. Mitchell, 174 Millie Dandridge Cove, Coldwater, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Michael R. Strong, 25643 Hwy. 35 North, Sardis, was arrested and charged with sale of cocaine. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

February 26
Michael D. Shoote, 327 Hays St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Danny H. Campbell, 4215 Jonestown Clairmont Rd., Clarksdale, was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Justin W. Self, 11400 Hwy. 322 Belview Rd., Clarksdale, was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kendrick A. Hunt, 108 Autumn St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kentrell T. Wiley, 667 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt (failure to pay fines). The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Timothy P. Rodgers, 126 Johnson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief and disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Katie M. Byford, 116 Ivy Gordon Dr., Courtland, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Lonnie W. Spencer, 396 Grant Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI-first, driving while license suspended and no tag. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Eddie D. Nolan, 220 Noble St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with petit larceny, aggravated assault and burglary. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
