January 31
Reginald Deshun Stevenson, 25527 Hwy. 35, Sardis, was arrested and charged with speeding, driving while license suspended, no insurance and petit larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

February 1
Willie K. Market, 38620 Hentz Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ricky T. Redd, Box 13 Sarah Rd., Sarah, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended implied consent, possession of controlled substance (crack cocaine) and no seat belt. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Samantha D. Beavers, 112 Eureka St. #5, Batesville, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Lloyd A. Turner, 111 Hill Crest Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of two or more precursors. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Howard R. Tittle Jr., 111 Hill Crest Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of two or more precursors. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Gary S. Meyer, 157 Hwy. 301, Hernando, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

Barry L. Hudspeth, 2380 Truslaw Rd., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with assault on a police officer and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

Barbara A. Cook, 605 E. Chestnut St., Charleston, was arrested and charged with grand larceny.
Ella R. Battle, 68 Hardy, Courtland, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct failure to comply. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

James Tevas Sanford, 180 Ruby Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, failure to comply and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Latroy D. Hall, 68 Hardy Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with careless driving, no driver’s license, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ketrick K. Ford, 20740 Morrow Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (crack cocaine). The case will be heard in Crowder Municipal Court.

Reginald L. Houston, 358 Teasdale Rd., Enid, was arrested and charged with simple assault, no insurance, no driver’s license and switched tag. The case will be heard in Crowder Municipal Court.

Charles A. Chandler, 1615 Ales Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Terry S. Jackson, 85 E. Willow Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with two counts of contempt, malicious mischief and possession of a firearm. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jake B. Burns, 1391 Linwood Rd., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than an ounce. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

William Z. Whitsell, 232 Terry Ave., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

February 4
Grover Wise, 11300 Hwy. 51 South Apt. #5 Davis Franklin Building, Oakland, was arrested and charged with false pretense. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Timothy J. Woodley, 86 A. Willie Rd., Sardis, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Peter R. Yancey, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

David L. Black, 316 Henry Heafner Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault and disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Murry Andy Harrison, 7900 CR 216, Oakland, was arrested and charged with contempt and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

February 5
Martarsha L. Johnson, 1515 Bethany Ebenezer Rd., Louisville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jason A. Kitchekeg, 219 Vance St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Lorenzo Renterilla, 2525 Chapel Town Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Eric Lamont Towns, 2105 Criswell St., Pascagoula, was arrested and charged with contempt-failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Kenrell Ray Richardson, 4761 Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Demetrius Williams, 9155 Eastwind Apt. #6, Memphis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and DUI-third. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Fred Lee Jones, 310 Jones St. #3, Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault on a police officer and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.
