Jeffrey R. Stark, 938 Frank Smith Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Bobby B. Hudson, 1034 Locust St., Marks, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm committed by a felon, exhibiting weapon and disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Melvin B. Fonville Jr., 824 Smart Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Municipal Court.

Maurice Chambers, 214 Fredrick St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Municipal Court.

Hermon Callicut, 4383 Dunlap Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Municipal Court.

Jessie E. Glover, 68 Forest Dr., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disturbance of the peace. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ricky Wright, 592 West Pearl, Sardis, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Starkittkus Thompson, 1085 A. McKinny Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Joe N. Benson, 1738 A. Benson Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with suspended driver’s license, switched tag and no insurance. The case will be heard in Municipal Court.

Timothy J. Woodley, 86 A. Willow Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with gambling. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Lamarcus R. Jackson, Lot 14 Greenhill Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt, driving while license suspended, seat belt law, resisting arrest and disregarding traffic device. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Cleve Gale Jr., 307 Church St., Como, was arrested and charged with felony possession of a firearm, possession of crack cocaine and marijuana. The case will be heard in Municipal Court.

Michael Wayne Goforth, 104 Stevens Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine.

Terrance D. Chandler, 191 Love St., Crowder, was arrested and charged with the sale of cocaine. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Frank E. Williams, P.O. Box 148, Oakland, was arrested and charged with sale of cocaine. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

James E. Armstead, 107 Hwy. 51 Greenbriar Trailer Park, Courtland, was arrested and charged with sale of cocaine. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jimmy D. Young, 307 Church St., Como, is being held for mental evaluation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Bobby Allen Horton, 25447 Hwy. 35 North, Sardis, was arrested and charged with careless driving, driving while license suspended, no insurance and minor in possession of alcohol. The case will be heard in Municipal Court.

Scarlet Ann Jordan, 4856 Hwy. 35 North, Enid, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Randy B. Lloyd, 434 Taylor St., Como, was arrested and charged with contempt and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Joshua M. Deviney, 538 Quail Wood Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Keithrick M. Petty, 21074 A. Highway 310, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Chase C. Roberts, 273 Farrish Gravel Rd., Batesville, is being held for mental evaluation. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.
