YOUNG, Dorothy H.
     BATESVILLE – Dorothy H. Young, 75, died Wednesday, October 26, 2005, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford.
     Services were yesterday at Viney Creek M.B. Church in Sardis. Rev. Ozine Thomas officiated. Burial was in New Bethlehem Cemetery. Cooley’s Mortuary had charge.
     Young, born Feb. 12, 1930, in Batesville to the late J.D. Young and Eula Hewlette, was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Zion M.B. Church.
     Survivors include three daughters, Rosephine Young of Batesville and Ida Mae Flowers and Betty Jean Ellis, both of St. Louis, Mo.; two sons, Rannie Young of Batesville and Joe Willis Young of St. Louis, Mo.; two sisters, Dora Flowers of Batesville and Freddie Mae Young of Cleveland, Ohio; one brother, Floyd Hewlette of Batesville; 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

YOUNG, Fredrick "Fred" Bernard
     BATESVILLE- Fredrick "Fred" Bernard Young, 33, died Tuesday, July 26, 2005, at his residence.
     Services are tomorrow at noon at Liberty Hill M.B. Church. Rev. Bobby Young will officiate. Burial will be in Eureka Cemetery. Cooley’s Mortuary has charge.
     Young, born May 19, 1972, to Dorothy Young, was a member of Liberty Hill M.B. Church.
     Survivors along with his mother include his wife Sabrina Brassell Young of Batesville; his grandmother Bertha Young of Batesville; two sons, Fredrick Young Jr. and Kandric Young, both of Batesville; two daughters, Marquisha Young and Kelisha Young, both of Batesville; one sister Alice Shaw of Batesville and one brother Terry Young of Des Moines, Iowa.
