Jackson, born Dec. 24, 1928 in Sardis, to the late Glover Jackson and Katherine J. Jackson, was a World War II veteran, a member of the First Baptist Church in Sardis and a retired U.S. Postal Clerk.
Services were Friday at Moore Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery in Sardis. Rev. Jerry Sanford officiated. Moore Funeral Home had charge.

Jackson was born Feb. 17, 1959, in Batesville to the late James Rice and Jerelene Ferrell Armstrong, of Batesville and was a homemaker.

Jackson, born Oct. 25, 1927, was a retired Baptist minister and served churches in Louisiana and Mississippi for 54 years. He was a member of Singleton Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his son Brent Jackson.
Survivors include his wife Sybil Davis Jackson of Louisville; one daughter Beverly Combs of Louisville; one son Bruce Jackson of Newton; three sisters, Rebecca Carter of Knoxville, Tenn., Margaret Snipes, Mountain View, Ark. and Prudy Parrish of Memphis, Tenn.

Jamison, born Jan. 13, 1926, to the late Tom and the late Alma Bedford Jamison Sr., was a retired mechanic/truck driver for Bel-Mar Ford Tractor Company.
Survivors include his wife Annie "Mutt" Jamison of Marks; twelve children, Arthur J. Jarriett, born Jan. 24, 1979, to Earnestine Gorden Jarriett and Andrew Jarriett, Jr., was a frozen food clerk and graduated from Madison S. Palmer High School.

Johnson, born on April 26, 1960, to Carrie Johnson and the late Frank Johnson Jr., graduated from South Panola High School. He later moved to Carterville, Ga. where he was employed at the Atlanta Journal and Constitution and Sheet Metal Component.
Survivors include his wife Paula Johnson; two sons, Austin Ryan Johnson and Ethan Frank Johnson; his mother Carrie Hudson Johnson; six sisters, Annie Margaret, Maxine Gates (Bobby), Debbie Johnson, Barbara Rudd, Martha Cole (James) and Della Johnson, all of Batesville; four brothers, Earl Johnson (Willie Jean) of Florence, Ala., Jerry Johnson (Rosemary), Terry Johnson and Joe Johnson (Paulette), all of Batesville; three sister-in-laws, Petula Armstrong (James) of Batesville, Petra Johnson (Ricky) and Felyca Flowers, all of Memphis, Tenn.; four brother-in-laws, Ryan Flowers, Roderick Flowers, Paul Flowers Jr., all of Memphis, and Ramsey Flowers (Leavern) of Batesville. Saidee Sue Jones, 88, of Clinton, died Tuesday, June 1, 2004, at the Lakewood Nursing Home in Jackson. Visitation was Wednesday at Lakewood Funeral Home. Graveside services were Thursday at Batesville Magnolia Cemetery in Batesville.
Mrs. Jones was born in Hampton in 1915. Her parents were the late Sydney Jones Sr. and Lizzie Anderson Jones. She graduated from Delta State University with a degree in elementary education.
Mrs. Jones was a longtime former resident of Batesville and taught in the Batesville Elementary Schools for over 32 years. While living in Batesville she was a dedicated member of First Baptist Church and was a former member of the Stitchers Club, a group of ladies who met once a month for over 50 years. She loved flowers and working in her garden.
In 1993, Mrs. Jones moved to Clinton. She was a member of First Baptist Church where she enjoyed participating in the Joy Makers Club.
She leaves behind her loving family, one son Thomas L. Jones Jr., D.D.S. and his wife Laura of Ridgeland; one brother Henry J. Jones of Florence, Ala.; two sisters, Laura Wilson of Vicksburg and Jeane Degges of Baton Rouge, La.; and two precious grandchildren, Sydney L. Jones and Laura Allyson Jones.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Joy Makers Club of First Baptist Church in Clinton. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Len Jones Sr.
