Oct. 19

Angela Denise Flowers, 116-D Cole Dr., Batesville, is being housed for an appearance in Circuit Court.

Christopher Bryan Bolton, 4299 Highway 51 South, Pope, was arrested on a writ to hold. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Oct. 20

Brett Kenneth Rogers, 400 Olive Branch Rd., Oxford, was arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Renwick Presley, 307 Magnolia St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI, no insurance and no seatbelt. The cases will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court and Circuit Court.

Detrailous M. Webster, 2585-A Chapeltown Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Oct. 21

Kathy Shenoah Andrew, 1435 Lawrence Brothers Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Charlie Heath, 28611 Lot #1, Highway 51 North, Como, is a state inmate being housed at the jail for an appearance in Circuit Court.

Terry Lee Bright, 708 Ferrell Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Bradford Rufus Broadus, Number 7 Lot, Cemetery Rd., Perkinston, was arrested and charged with DUI- first offense, speeding (82/70) and expired tag. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jarvis Krywon Brown, 261 Love St., Crowder, was arrested and charged with DUI- first offense, no driver’s license and running a stop sign. The case will be heard in Crowder Municipal Court.

Oct. 22

Tomeka Shae Lamar, 307 Magnolia St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief, disturbing the peace and trespassing. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Steven Eugene Moore, 364 Cross Roads, Holcomb, was arrested and charged with impersonating an officer. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Bobby James Kidder Jr., 205 East St., Batesville, was arrested on a child-support lock-up order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Oct. 23

Benjamin C. Baxter, 2775 Barnacre Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Amanda F. Austin, 126 Oakwood Rd., Richaland, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Mark Allen Loftin, 3046 McBride Rd., Union Church, was arrested an charged with DUI- refusal and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Michael Damien Newman, 211 East St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Daryl Morgan, 107 Williams St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court- failure to pay, driving while license suspended, reckless driving, and DUI. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Oct. 24

James Douglas Willie, 16 Courtney Village, Courtland, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license and no tag and is being held for MDOC. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Brian Keith Kimmons, 799 Belmont Rd., Apt. 25, Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Melvin Terrell Salter, 1165 Edwards Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with no seatbelt, improper turn, open container and a warrant for arrest. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Leon Dedric Sanford, 64 Otto Sanford Subdivision, Courtland, is being held for investigation.

Tiffany Lasha Garner, 265 Oil Mill Rd., Apt. #6, Sumner, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
