Oct. 12

Latashaia Renee House, 209 Martin Luther King Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence- simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Ketrick D. Dean, 648 Pocahontas St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with two counts of contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Joshua R. Wright, 320 Fredrick St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with false pretense (bad check) and public profanity. The cases will be heard in Justice and Sardis Municipal Courts.

David E. Casey, 411 ½ Armstrong St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court- failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Anthony Demond Willingham, 755 Greg Taylor Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed weapon, public drunk and disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Vontaros Antrell Oliver, 147 Don Butler Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, six counts of attempted aggravated assault, shooting into an occupied dwelling and burglary of an occupied dwelling. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Oct. 13

Michael Keith Atkinson, 2790 Rodeo Rd., Apt. 221, Abbeville, La., was arrested and charged with reckless driving, speeding, DUI- first offense (refused test) and no liability insurance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

William Eddie Holloway, 17279 Highway 51, Sardis, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Bobby Wayne Davis, 78 Kihal Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI- first offense. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Gwendolyn Parker, 201 Webman Cove, Apt. B, Sledge, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Albert Wayne Lewis, 405 Alcorn St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Kathy Shenoah Andrews, 1435 Lawrence Brothers Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Anthony Clayton Newman, 211 East St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with begging. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Kevin Neal Gay, 3189 Springport Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI- third offense. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Clem Jones, 211 Magnolia St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Jermaine D. Tunson, Lot #4, Courtney Village, Courtland, was arrested and charged on a warrant for domestic violence and a bench warrant. The cases will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court and Circuit Court.

Lisa Simmons, 4798 Callahan Cove, Memphis, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Larry O’Dell Coleman, 152 3rd St., Crowder, was arrested and charged with strong arm robbery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jonathan B. Griffin, 104 Maple Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI, open container and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Quincy Earl Miller, 2897 Parks Place Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kathy Michell Alred, 1237 Ales Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of drug court. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Camichael D. Cole, 292 Perkins Ave., Crowder, was arrested and charged with conspiracy and armed robbery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Michael Earl Cooper, 3186 Seven Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI- first offense, switched tag, open container, no insurance and careless driving. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
