When will Marvin Brownlee's name stopping appearing the in paper for the same thing over and over and over again. When citizens see this, I would think it would make them have doubts about their law enforcement and the judicial system. I don't understand. Is he related to SOMEONE????

Poor Marvin is our "Otis" of Mayberry. They should not arrest him just take him to the jail and tell him to get in his cell. The cell should be named OTIS'S CELL.

Looks like someone would make him get some help

CHILD, THE ONLY TIME MARVIN'S NAME IS NOT IN THE PAPER IS WHEN HE IS LOCKED UP. I WONDER WHO HE KNOWS ALSO. I CAN'T SEE IT BEING WORTH THE PAPER WORK TO CONTINUALLY ARREST HIM. YEAH, HE NEEDS OTIS'S PRIVILEGES. MAYBE HE'S AN INFORMANT OF SORTS.

The man is getting three hots and a cot. Three meals everyday and a bed. Apparently he is being picked up in the same spot every week; taxpayers are paying for it.

I would like to know if it is the same officer than arrests him each and every time. Also why is he the only one that ever gets time served as his punishment? Going a step deeper how much does it cost the city to process, transport, house and try this guy every time he is arrested with nothing in return for it.

Panola county has become a joke for all I think everyone should try to relocate I have never seen so many children under 16 either pregnant or has their man staying with them what is the purpose of DHS they allow the children to invite their man in the home and the parents says nothing. These grown men sleeping with someones baby and the parents allow it I think it is disgusting and the polices in Panola and Quitman county instead of harassing people harass these child molestors.!!!!Arrest DHS they are taking advantage of state money and not help this major problem,

My name is S.W.and I approved this message!
