Sept. 28

Ronnie L. Luckett, 4150 Woodruff Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with petit larceny and simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Shannon L. Becker, 351 CR 101, Oxford, was arrested an charged with contempt of court- failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Marcus C. Oliver, 39 East Oaks Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with two counts of DUI- second offense, contempt of court and possession of open container. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.
