Sept. 15

Jason S. Hall, 789 South Creek Rd., Charleston, was arrested on a child-support lock-up order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Karen L. Smith, Lot 20, Ramsey Circle, Sardis, is serving 30 days in jail for Sardis Municipal Court.

Mattie M. Frost, 212 Klyce St., Sardis, is serving 30 days in jail for Sardis Municipal Court.

James C. Burton, 201 Atkins St., Apt. D6, Sardis, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Demetric D. Heffner, 12919 Ballentine Rd., Sardis, is being held for investigation.

Richard Duane Day, 1030 Inabect Blvd., Monroe, La., was arrested an charged with possession of a controlled substance and careless driving. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Sept. 16

Antionette Shadue Smith, 214 Hays St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with stalking and harassment. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Joshua M. Camon, 131 Vance St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with stalking and harassment. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Reginald D. Hoskin, 210 West St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with sale of a controlled substance. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Lashanda Marie Russell, 231 Patterson Lane, Batesville, is serving six months in jail for contempt of court.

Curtis Jamal Pratcher, 918 Lee Jennings Rd., Como, was arrested on an open container warrant and charged with possession of cocaine, extacy and possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Terran T. Shegog, 521 Gleaton Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct- failure to comply. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Travis Lee Payne, 102 Cane Creek Rd., Brandon, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Sept. 17

Joshua Lakendrick Lantern, 550 Clump St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with armed robbery. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Richard Lee Anderson, 7811 Benton Dr., Southaven, is a state inmate being housed at the jail.

Robert Courtney Davis, 1474 LeAnn Rd., Southaven, is a state inmate being housed at the jail.

John Martez Burton, 6616 Anna Mae Dr., Walls, is a state inmate being house at the jail.

Gary Lynn Epps, 2043 Teasdale Rd., Enid, is serving two days for violation of drug court.

Steven Maurice Toliver Jr., 207 Watts St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with a violation of drug court. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Myron Bernard Thomas, 29 Nell St., Charleston, is being held for the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation.

Kedrick James Johnson, 1734 Hammond Hill Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunk. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Kimberly M. Buford, 7520 Highway 3, Sarah, is being held for a court appearance.

Jermaine Johnson, 1818 Shiloh Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with no seatbelt and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jermaine A. Davis, 78 Audrey Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with no seatbelt, no proof of insurance, expired inspection sticker, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and DUI- first offense. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Terry Ray Davis Sr., 412 North Front St., Lula, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Marvin Gene Brownlee, 207 Vance St., was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

James Donelle Poole, 807 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, public drunk and public profanity. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Michael Nobele Wright, 4797 Lucious Taylor Rd., Sardis, is being held for investigation.

Buddy Dewayne Burks Sr., 2571 Walton Cemetery Rd., Mantachie, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct- failure to comply. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
