Aug. 31

Steven D. Petit Jr., 99 Northwood Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with a drug court violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Robert Mack Jr., 320 Greenhill Cir., Sardis, was arrested on a bench warrant. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Christopher J. Whitten, 117 Hoskins Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with a probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Elizabeth Ann Blaylock, 736 Enid-Teasdale Rd., Enid, was arrested and charged with domestic violence- simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Carl Rueben Herring, 334 Southwest Ave., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with DUI- first offense, driving while license suspended and no tag. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

Jerline Pamela Dennis, 98 Bonner Rd., Enid, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and no inspection. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Courtney Q. McGill, 337 Greenhill Cir., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Sept. 1

Christopher M. Douglas, 101 Johnson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and open container. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Kayla L. Rowell, 20 Ramsey Cir., Sardis, was arrested on an indictment for conspiracy and the sale of marijuana. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Mary Ann Sanford Robison, 2248 McNeely Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with contempt of court- failure to pay. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Howard Vince Gill, 3315 Tinside Rd., Batesville, was arrested on a bond surrender for DUI- second and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jessie Eugene Glover, 68 Forest Dr., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

William David Vinelli, 100 Latitia St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Nathaniel Corey Daugherty, 16 Oak Grove Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with a violation of probation. The case wil be heard in Circuit Court.

LaMarcus T. Heffner, 302 Greenhill Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Stephen Allen Nations, 5634 Highway 43, Camden, was arrested and charged with conspiracy and sale of marijuana. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Michael Douglas Collier, 10 CR 3029, Oxford, was arrested and charged with speeding and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Bridget Roden, 222 ½ Pearson St., Batesville, was arrested on a writ to hold. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Jimmy L. Stewart, 2410 Tate-Marshall Rd., Coldwater, was arrested and charged with false pretense. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Randall Scott Parker, 590 Susan St., Crowder, was arrested and charged with DUI- first offense and improper turn. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Shurondia Lamar, 8275 Old Panola Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with embezzlement. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
