August 24

Chevella A. Hines, 1767 Shiloh Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with false pretense. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Christine Hunt, 453 Taylor St., Como, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Derrick D. Small, 1120 Hwy. 3, Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and contempt of court. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ricky Wayne Keen, 100 Latitia St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with sexual battery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Al Chester Davis, 206 Tubbs Rd. Apt. 20, Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Charlie Edward Cauthen, 201 Atkins St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana and is being held for the MDOC. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Cornell Javon Sanford, 146 Otto Sanford Circle, Courtland, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-failure to comply, resisting arrest, no proof of insurance, reckless driving, no seat belt, improper tag, failure to yield to blue lights, resisting arrest, improper turn, possession of marijuana, DUI-other and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Courtland Municipal Court and Justice Court.

Ashley Dale Long, 1775 Sardis Lake Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-failure to comply, assault on a police officer and reckless driving. The case will be heard in Circuit Court and Justice Court.

August 25

Travious Shantrell Walker, 123 Dandridge Rd., Como, was arrested on a bond surrender and sentenced to 20 years with 13 suspended and seven to serve.

Jermaine D. Bobo, 150 MLK Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Joseph Dewayne Kimp, 522 Sara Dickens Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-other, careless driving and no seat belt. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Marcus Henderson, 332 Chapman Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Steven S. Bland, 125 Hughes Rd., Sledge, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jeffrey L. Wright, 501 Broad St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with DUI, driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jimmy L. Elliott, 509 Deer Creek Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with expired inspection sticker, expired tag, tint violation and driving while license suspended (implied consent). The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Alexander W. Ray, 8289 Hwy. 51 South, Courtland, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Eric Dewayne Mitchell, 407 Hendrix Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to comply. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Keimyonta Monique Gilliam, 203-A Lester St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to comply. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Fredrick Derrell Moore, 5523 Old Panola Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia, running a stop sign and possession of a stolen weapon. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Randell Lee Tidwell, 951 Lemaster Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Michael D. Gardner, 435 Connie Ross Rd., Como, was sentenced to 20 years with 13 years suspended and 7 to serve for burglary and grand larceny. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

 Patricia E. Wright, 2308 County Road 169, Coffeeville, was served with an indictment for attempting to acquire a controlled substance. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Sherman Hill, 52 B Hardin Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with DUI-second, no proof of insurance and no seat belt. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Stanley Charles Armstead, 331 Sherwood Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI-second.

John Wayne Bradford, 3796 A Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, failure to comply and resisting arrest and is being held for the Batesville Police Department. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Harvey Jeremy Smith, 1304 Edgemont Cove, Clarksdale, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Batesville City Court.

Vincente Gonzalez Olvera, 2735 Bluff Rd., Hernando, was arrested and charged with speeding, no proof of insurance and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Quantreal L. Mitchell, 413 Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with the sale of cocaine (two counts), sale of marijuana (two counts). The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
