July 6

Keith L. Holmes, 4150 Woodruff Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court- failure to pay. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

David Lee Black, 298 Henry Heafner Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and indecent exposure. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Larry D. Baskin Jr., 106 Creek Dr., Apt. 26, Como, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license and contempt of court- failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Como and Sardis Municipal Courts.

July 7

Joshua Schiele, 761 Highway 322, Lambert, was arrested and charged with contempt, driving while license suspended, no seatbelt and no insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Willie Campbell, 2167 Springport Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt and DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kevin Conner, 1159-A Lawrence Brothers Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt, DUI, driving while license suspended, no insurance and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Anthony W. Sisk, 890 Caleb Lane Cove, Coldwater, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, careless driving, possession of marijuana and DUI- third offense. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Gary Lee Long, 9947 Highway 90, Rector, Ark., was arrested and charged with public drunk and indecent exposure. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

April Denise Kimmons, 12 County Road, Oxford, was arrested and charged with two counts of false pretense. The case will be heard in Justice and Circuit Courts.

Erwin S. Ford, 792 Wells Street Ext., Courtland, was arrested and charged with DUI- refusal, speeding, reckless driving, driving while license suspended, false information to an officer, improper passing, contempt of court, no proof of insurance, failure to yield to blue lights and no seatbelt. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jermichael Jermaine Griffin, 2004 McNeely Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with a probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Marvin Jerome Cox, 210 Oak Ave., Como, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Clifton Lee Brown, 1085 McKinney Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jimmy Mathew Franklin, 11796 Eureka Rd., Courtland, was arrested on a bench warrant for receiving stolen property. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

July 8

Johnny Scott Ellingberg, 106 Gowdy St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court- failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Sheneke L. Burdette, 109 Clinton St., Batesville, is serving 90 days in jail.

Ricky Ollie, 315 East Dinkin St., Canton, is a state inmate being housed at the jail.

Jerry Johnson, 111 Boyle St., Batesville, is a state inmate being housed at the jail.

Ronnie D. Luckett, 4150 Woodruff Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Thomas Earl Prince Jr., 52 Rico Rd., Batesville, was held for investigation.

Roderick V. Davis, 408 Jones St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.
