Dylan Laine Boyett
Dylan Laine Boyett is the new son of Donald Boyett and Sandra Rose. Dylan arrived on May 12 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. He weighed five pounds, 15 ounces at birth.
The baby is welcomed by his sisters Elizabeth Boyett, 8, Miz Jackson, 5, and Emily Boyett, 4, and by his brother Devin Boyett, 10.
He is the grandchild of Rusty and Esther Rose of Batesville and Cathy and John Wheat of Oakland. Margie Luther of Sardis is his great grandmother.
Kaylee Marie Nickerson
Candice Shaw and Karl Nickerson of Courtland announce the birth of their daughter Kaylee Marie Nickerson. The baby arrived on May 11 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. She weighed four pounds, eight ounces at birth.
She is welcomed by her sister Kennedy Marie Nickerson, 2.
Grandparents are Gail and Larry Shaw of Batesville, Paula and Karl Nickerson Sr. of Bronx, N.Y. Her great grandparents are John Ellis of Batesville, Lula Shaw of Courtland, and Fannie Mae Nickerson of Bronx.
Barrett Rice and Bailey Dawn Pinion
Freddie and Melanee Pinion of Oxford are parents of twins--a son, Barrett Rice, and a daughter, Bailey Dawn, born May 8 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford.
Barrett weighed three pounds, three ounces at birth, and Bailey weighed three pounds, four ounces.
The babies are grandchildren of Billy and Bonnie Pinion of Batesville and Jerry and Betty Barrett of Clarksdale. Their great grandparents are William Ward and Maxine Province, both of Clarksdale.
Chesney Elle Rigdon
John and Jennifer Rigdon are parents of a new daughter, Chesney Elle, born June 16 at North Mississippi Medical Center in West Point. The baby weighed seven pounds, one ounce at birth.
She is the granddaughter of Ed and Patricia Rigdon of Flowood and Jerry and Ann Sanders of Ackerman. She is the great granddaughter of Keith and Betty Rigdon of Quitman.
Draylon Ponte’ Sanford Jr.
Asia Cox and Draylon Sanford are parents of a new son, Draylon Ponte’ Sanford Jr., who arrived June 11 at Tri Lakes Medical Center in Batesville. Draylon weighed six pounds, four ounces at birth.
He is the grandson of Gwendolyn Cox and Ernice and Francis Sanord and Mary-Kate Casey.
