June 1

Cordette L. Mottley, 431 Connie Ross Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Demario K. Henderson, 206 Tubbs Rd., Apt. 41, Batesville,  was arrested and charged with domestic violence/simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Courtney R. Strong, 206 Tubbs Rd., Apt. 41, Batesville,  was arrested and charged with domestic violence/simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Michael Lee Taylor, 1274 Alonzo Gibson Rd., Sardis, was arrested for a violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Wardell Rodgers, 67 Rodgers Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with DUI- first offense, no proof of insurance and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Cordrall O. Eppenger, 1708 Longtown Rd., Sarah, was arrested and charged with DUI- first offense (other substance), no proof of insurance and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

LaKeisha Marie Rudd, 215 Noble St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

John Wesley Gibson, 356 Thornton Dr., Pope, was arrested and charged with speeding, no seatbelt, no insurance, driving while license suspended and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
