Nov. 23

Joey Mitchell, 3353 Joiner Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Cedric Willingham, 219 Cherry St., Como, is being held for investigation.

Daniel Lee Burns, 614 Carlisle Rd., Courtland, was arrested on a child support lock-up order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Christopher Bryan Bolton, 9299 Highway 51 South, Pope, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Nov. 24

Shirley Ann Clark, 1198 Morrow Rd., Courtland, is being held at the jail after being sentenced for sale of a controlled substance. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Bobby Lee Conner, 38 Lamar Thomas Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Henry Lewis Fox, 474 DeBowen Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with expired tag, no insurance and possession of a controlled substance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Lakisha Shorta Davis, 216 Dewberry St., Sardis, was arrested on a bench warrant for disorderly conduct- failure to comply. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tommy Early Winters, 276 Mimosa Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended- implied consent. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jonathan Scott Dunnigan, 211 Tubbs Rd., Apt. 1, Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

John Michael Childress, 314 Herron Subdivision, Courtland, was arrested and charged with DUI- other substance, speeding and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Anterrio Q. Glover, 57 Rogers Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with careless driving and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jason Alvin Michael Morton, 124 Johnson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI- first offense and illegal parking. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
