Joseph Lawrence Kaufman, 222 Dogwood Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI and speeding. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Margaret Ann Karsten, 101 May Road, Batesville, had a bond revoked because of a burglary charge. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
