A name included on this list does not indicate that the person is guilty of a crime, only that charges have been brought or the person has been brought and booked into the jail.

October 5
Trish Yvonne Banks, 653 Hamilton St., Memphis, has been given two years to serve by MDOC. The case was heard in Circuit Court.
James Michael Bay Jr., 3166 Deercreek Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk and on a writ to hold. The case will be heard in Justice Court
Jairo Lopez Sales, 112 Econo Lodge, Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
October 6
Tony Lashan Wilkins, 799 Belmont Rd. Apt. 8, Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-second, driving while license suspended and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Timothy Micah Tutor, 1285 South Pontotoc Rd., Pontotoc, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-failure to comply. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Tyler Lee Nash, 8548 Hwy. 6 West, Pontotoc, was arrested and charged with DUI-other. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Bernard Andre Porter, 505 Magnolia St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-second, no driver’s license and careless driving. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
James William Redwine, 326 Henderson Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI and no seat belt. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
October 7
Ontarious James Scurlock, 253 James Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and no tag. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
D’Lirian Devonya Casey, 231 Van Voris St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk and public profanity. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Markevious Quendez Robinson, 105 Browning St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to pay. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
October 8
Andre Bernard Raynor, 8417 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possesssion of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Sylvester Gerald Kuykendall, 537 Shell Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with pettit larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Shanwic R. Coleman, 890 Quitman Ave., Crowder, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple assault and discharging of a firearm in the city limits. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Sam Hayden Seymore, 730 Hwy. 35 South, Holcomb, is a state inmate.
Carl Edward Bullard, 3156 County Road 282, McClarty, is a state inmate.
Lindsay J. Glover, 2735 Nelsontown Rd., Jay, Fla., was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Eric Leonardo Butts, 21641 Hwy 310 East, Como, was arrested and charged with the burglary of a dwelling. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
