June 8
Nicholas Earl Johnson, 138 Hoskins Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with armed robbery, rape and burglary of a house. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Judy Ann Gipson, 53 CR 257, Etta, was arrested and charged with speeding and has a hold. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Quincey Earl Miller, 2897 Park Place Rd., Como, is on a writ to hold.
Michael Shannon Bailey, 256 Peyton Rd., Coldwater, was arrested and charged with burglary. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Kathy Michelle Alred, 1237 Ales Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with felony false pretenses and possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Eddie Jackson Junior, 8221 A Curtis Rd., was sentenced 7 years MDOC. The case was heard in Circuit Court.
William Edgar Foster, 110 Redbud Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Leonard Clayton Pettit, 99 Northwood Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contributing to delinquency of a minor and contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Benjamin Dewayne Raymond, 979 Hwy. 6 West, Oxford, is a federal detainee.
Eric Glenn Parker, 344 Batson Rd., Petal, is a federal detainee.
Ashley D. Raines, 1651 B Pope Water Valley Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Elizabeth Ann Stewart, 2448 Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic violence. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Joshua Drew Russell, 87 Mimosa Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with attempted uttering forgery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Whitman Cole Correro, 1084 Hartzell Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
