January 5
Walter Lakendrick Thomas, 7430 Clifford Dr., Horn Lake, was arrested and charged with petit larceny and contempt of court. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Stanley Gross, 740 C Belmont, Sardis, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Rodney Marcell Davis, 215 Dewberry St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-old fines and armed robbery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Rashaun Cornell Flowers, 146 Otto Sanford Sub., Courtland, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Carl Edward Epps, 5625 Hwy. 51 South, Pope,  served eight hours for contempt of court. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Bennie Earl Rudd, 236 B MLK Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault and felony malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Tommy Lane McCammon, 865 A Pittman Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Madison Elizabeth Hawkins, 1324 Pine Ridge Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with telephone profanity and indecent language. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Fredrick D. Patton, 519 Magnolia St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a business and trespassing. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Tonya Denise Craig, 207 Henry Heafner Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

January 7
Joseph Lewis Yancey, 86 Pepperbrook Cove, Southaven, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tyler Leepettie Bumpous, 1916 Pritchard Rd., Coldwater, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a business. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kyle Kentrell Yancey, 86 Pepperbrook Cove, Sothaven, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Phillip Rea Moore, 204 Brinkley Lane, Batesville, was sentenced to RID. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

Rodney Lontell Griffin, 475 Greenbriar Circle, Courtland, is a state inmate.

Cedric Cornell Willingham, 1817 Fudgetown Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Cornelius Dewayne Toliver, 303 East Lee St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with armed robbery. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

January 8
Kristopher Shannon Jones, 206 James St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with drug court violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

George Lewis Bailey, 212 Miller St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with drug court violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Katrina Rena Bilbro, 3696 Hwy. 4 West, Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-other, failure to comply and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Anna Marie Horton, 3195 Pope Water Valley, Pope, was arrested and charged with possession of crystal meth and possession of heroin. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

William B. Gant, 215 Pearl St., Sardis, was sentenced to four days in jail. The case was heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

January 9
Jeremy Quartez Parker, 114 Patterson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Veronica C. Heffner, 306 Percyville St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Dejon Fontez Pryor, 781 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with burglary of a vehicle and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Adonijah F. Tabor, 209 Fisher St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
