Students, faculty, staff, Northwest alumni and friends of the college are invited to the Senatobia campus on Saturday, Sept. 20 as Northwest Mississippi Community College holds its Homecoming game and festivities. The game against Itawamba will begin at 2 p.m.

The classes of 1954, 1964 and 1974 will be honored along with the Northwest Alumnus of the Year, James Dunn, Tunica County Supervisor and president of the Northwest Foundation. The Northwest Singers will provide entertainment for the event. 

For the first time during Homecoming festivities, Northwest will induct new members of the Sports Hall of Fame. This year’s inductees are basketball greats Detric Golden and Shantell Atkins-Brown and football/baseball double threat Ben Evans.
