August 18

Robert Rudd, 1817 Springport Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with shoplifting and public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Judith Lynn Sullivant, 637 Wilson Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Willie Earl Strickland, 218 Broadway, Batesville, was arrested on a bond surrender and charged with driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Wendy E. Bailey, 202 East St., Como, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Eric Dewayne Walls, 509 Magnolia St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI, improper equipment and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

August 19

Joe Eddie McGee, 227 Fox Rd., Marks, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Ricky Alan Pugh, 252 Camille St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance, driving while license suspended, careless driving and has a hold. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

John Henry Doyle, 3367 E. Benson Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Gaston Allen Self, 760 Yocona Ave., Crowder, was arrested and charged with stalking and making threatening phone calls. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Sabrina Nicole Barksdale, 26 Ramsey Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Stephanie R. Bell, 1773 King Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Christie Pauline Burke, 202 Henry Heafner Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI, disorderly conduct, reckless driving, driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Joe Willie Pratcher, 220 Fredrick St., Como, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

August 20

Lakovn D. Marshall, 620 Sycamore St., Como, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and contempt of court. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Willie B. Ellis Jr., 69 Everette St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with trespassing. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

LaDonna Sherie Johns, 4389 Birmingham Lane, Memphis, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine. The case will be heard in Justice and Circuit Courts.

Cassy Michelle Feathers, 1613 Arkabutler Dam Rd., Coldwater, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Garey Elton Seger, 1259 King Rd., Sardis, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. 

Santarious Q. Armstead, 4072 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged on a child support lock up order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Daniel Dyran Patton, 17 B Crouch Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. 

Bari Senise Leflore, 1411 Longtown Rd., Sarah, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Al Chester Davis, 231 Van Voris St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed weapon and child support lock up order. The case will be heard in Justice and Chancery Courts.

LaKisha Shanta Davis, 215 Dewberry, Sardis, was arrested on a warrant for malicious mischief and has a hold for court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court and Chancery Court.

Regina Antointe Duncan, 111 Nelson St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance and contempt of court-failure to appear. The case will be heard in Circuit  and Crenshaw Municipal Courts.

Karishma Latreace Duncan, 111 Nelson St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance and contempt of court-failure to appear. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Antonio Crump, 120 Williams St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to appear. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

August 21

Terrance Terrell Jackson, 303 Railroad Lot No. 3, Como, was arrested and charged with burglary of a dwelling. The case will be heard in Como Municipal and Circuit Courts.

Darryl Phillips, 1772 Hammond Hill Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with sale of marijuana. 

Antonette Zakia Gleaton, 1300 8 B Ballentine Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Ahmed Ben Hassan 5700 Eureka Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with expired inspection sticker, speeding, driving while license suspended and no seat belt. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

James Micheal Bay Jr., 3166 Deer Creek Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

David Alden Bailey III, 3166 Deer Creek Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

August 22

Michael Leon Price, 16 Rickles Rd., Drew, was arrested and charged with failure to register. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Anthony A. Davis, 9305 Stateline Rd. Apt. No. 9 A, Olive Branch, was arrested and charged with false identification and fraudulently obtaining goods. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Courtney D. Jones, 116 West Mill Rd., Sardis, is serving five days for DUI-second.

Tabitha Danyelle Pittman, 206 James St., Batesville, is serving weekends.

Cameo Demtrick Rushing, 754 Sanders Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, possession of paraphernalia and contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis and Crenshaw Municipal Courts.

Lawrence B. Jackson, 213 Miller St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and public profanity. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Barbara Jean Jackson, 213 Miller St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Steve Harris, 103 D. Bradford St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with supplying false information to a police officer. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Alejandro Martinez Garmendia, 19432 Selemmer Rd., Covington, was arrested and charged with DUI and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
