Tummy Safe Certification Class and Exam for daycare workers will be offered at the Panola County Extension Service, 245-C Eureka Street, Batesville. The Panola County Extension Service in Batesville is hosting an AARP Driver Safety Class from 9 a.m. till 1 p.m., at 394 Highway 51 South. Cost of the class is $12 for AARP members or $14 for nonmembers. Upon completion of the course, certificates will be issued and can be used for reduction of cost on your auto insurance. Batesville Woman’s Club will meet at 2 p.m. at Batesville Presbyterian Church. Members should bring cans of soup for the Panola Food Pantry.
