Panola County Jail Arrest Record 3-31-09

The following information was taken from the log book at the David M. Bryan Justice Complex. A charge does not indicate an admission of guilt.

March 23

William Carl Franklin Jr., 7091 Parkplace Road, Como, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Douglas Scott Pennington, 7821 Pope Water Valley Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Pope Municipal Court.

Corry William Hitt, 175 Robbins Loop, Pontotoc, was arrested and charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, a stop sign violation and a red light violation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Wyomie Caffey, 24 Ramsey Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

LaCardo Donelle Moore, 15228 Ballentine Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Larry Walls, 327 Hernando St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

George Edward Flowers, 608 Red Hill, Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

March 24

Jeremy Clayton Harris, 132 Martinez St., Batesville, is being held for investigation and was charged with possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Terance Cordell Harris, 15326 Ballentine Rd., Sardis, has an investigative hold. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Mark Keith Pernell Harris, 208 Gordon St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI-other, tint violation, possession of marijuana in a vehicle and has an investigative hold. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Wilburn S. Winters, 212 Miller St., Batesville, was arrested and charged on a child support lock up order.

Stacy Fitzgerald Watters, 431 Tubbs Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal and no seat belt. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Billy Leon Tutor, 10117 Hwy. 51, Courtland, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and DUI-second. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Eric M. Alexander, 404 Gaston Ave., Memphis, is being held for Tennessee. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Billy Eugene Shepard Jr., 217 Pine Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic-simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Quinton Vendell Tellis, 6183 Hwy. 6 West, Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct-failure to comply. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

James Earl Farmer, 120 Mossy Oak Dr., Courtland, was arrested and charged with DUI-other and speeding. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Prestine Adair, 209 Gordon Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with open container, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, no tag, no driver’s license and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

March 25

Angela W. Sanford, 3392 Cotton Plant Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with food stamp fraud. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Brandon Antonio Adair, 208 Sara Dickens Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with two counts of malicious mischief and has an investigative hold. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

William David Bell, 2045 Hughes Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

David Christopher Bell,  2045 Hughes Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Meko Fletcher, 107 B Earnest Benson Rd., Sardis,  was arrested and charged with trespassing. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Michael R. Strong, 25643 Hwy. 35 North, Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI, no seat belt, no proof of insurance and is being held for the MDOC. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Amy M. Berryhill, 993 Teasdale Rd., Enid, has a writ to hold. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Willie Terrell Harmon, 107 Vance St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to pay fines with 90 days to serve. The case will be heard in Batesville and Justice Courts.

March 26

Shannon Dale Berry, 54 Willow Cove, Pope, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

James Dudley O’Neal, 105 Olivet St., Sledge, was arrested and charged with two counts of simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Edricco Shantrell Echols, 321 Church St., Como, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Brandon C. Fredrick, 678 Main St., Pope, was arrested and charged with one count of aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Connie Marie Hebron, 23 Jefferson Ave., Clarksdale, was arrested and charged with two counts of child neglect. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Demetrius Gerald Harris, 4977 Curtis Road, Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Dianah Nicole Switzer, 100 Latitia Street, Batesville, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance, careless driving and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Timothy Leon Taylor, 171 Panola Ave., Crowder, was arrested and charged with DUI-second, reckless driving and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

James P. Davis, 8313 Baldwin Cove, Southaven, was arrested and charged with reckless driving and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Katherine Ann Lowe, 520 Bircham Way, Roswell, Ga., was arrested and charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

William Foster Maddrey, 2309 Gowden, Raleigh, N.C., was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Nathaniel James Davis, 93 Shonnah Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with felony malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jonathan Jordon Vandgrifft, 54 Ramsey CR Ext., Sardis, was arrested and charged with felony malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Justice and Circuit Courts.

The problem with panola police and city of batesville is they think they are the law not protectors of it the arrest without evidence or probable cause and are quick to trump charges if offended really verbal assault on an officer what did someone get there feelings hurt
