Crews from TVEPA were working to restore power after a tree limb fell early Monday, tearing down a power line at Dickey Drive and Perkins Lane in Batesville. Panola Countians woke up yesterday to a cold rain that quickly froze on power lines and trees. A cold week is forecast, with highs near 32 degrees through Thursday.
