A name included on this list does not indicate that the person is guilty of a crime, only that charges have been brought or the person has been brought and booked into the jail.

November 14
Regina Patterson,  683 Leverfield Road, Cascilla, was arrested and charged with felony embezzlement. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Oshanna O. Wright, 330 Greenhill Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case wll be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

November 15
Justin Thomas Redd, 29 Henry Heafner Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic violence, DUI, improper equipment and failure to yield to blue lights. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Susan J. Borden, 328 CR 552, Grenada, was arrested and charged on a bench warrant for sexual battery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Justin Quinn Young, 429 A. Farrish Gravel Rd., Batesville, has a hold.
James Bryan True, 214 Broad St., Batesville, is a state inmate.
Thomas G. Gant Sr., 21 Ivy Gordon Dr., Courtland, was arrested and charged on a child support lock up order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

November 16
Rodney Blake Evans, 526 Burton Rd., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with simple domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Cameren D. Ferguson, 102 Stevens Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Herbert Wesley VonKanel, 174 Katherine Dr., Sardis, has a hold.
Shaun Dewayne Moore, 1381 Brisroe Rd., Red Banks, has a hold for Marshal County.
Leslie D. Britt, 363 Silver Fox Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Charles  W. Appleton, 203 King St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Robert Dernell Stewart, 2114 Shiloh Road, Courtland, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Amber Leigh Landis, 213  Court St. Apt. #3, Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assualt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Richard Darren Williams, 351 Forrest Dr. North, Batesville, was arrested and charged malicious mischief and simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Rita Brown Willis, 205 Davis St., Calhoun City, has a hold and was arrested and charge with sale of prescription drugs. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Brittany Nicole Bryant, 46 Hickory Laine, Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

November 17
Brandon J. Fletecher, 3993 Barnarce Road, Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Odarius Trovoa Rodger, 347 Baylor Road, Senatobia, was sentenced to 12 years, eight suspended and four to serve.
Jerry Tyrell Morton, 206 Pearson St., was arrested and charged with weapon possession by a felon. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Charles Handy Edwards Jr., 210 Jones St. Apt. B2, Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with the disturbance of a business. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.
Keldrick D’Andra Henderson, 112 William St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with burglary and trespassing.
Janice Faye Williams, 8322 Highway 35 South, Batesville, was arrested and charged with child endangerment, no insurance, driving without driver incense and DUI second. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Demetrick Lashawn Porter, 118 Evergreen St., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with reckless driving and failure to yield to blue lights. The case will be heard in Como MunicipalCourt.

(T) Aron Bland, 438 Teachile Road, Enid, was arrested and charged with drug court violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Darius Dewayne Lester, 208 West Lee St., Sardis, has a hold.

Ontavious D. Johnson, 222 Noble St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assualt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
