Walkers needed for St. Jude fundraiser

Anyone who would like to participate in the St. Jude Walkathon at Trussell Park October 8 can call chairman Ruby Fowler at 326-0485 to request one a donor packet.
Over the past four years the event has raised more than $19,000 for the Memphis children’s research hospital.
The event starts with registration at 9 a.m. and the walk starting at 10 a.m. There will be children’s activities and refreshments.
