July 21

Daryll Demetrius Pettis, 105 Clarmont St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief and simple assault-domestic. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

William Arthur Melton, 216 Craig St., Como, was sentenced to 10 years to serve in MDOC as a sex offender. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

Matthew Ryan Cochran, 577 BM Smith Rd., Tuchula, is a state inmate being housed at the jail.

Tevis Devante Flowers, 8492 Hwy. 35 South, Batesville, was arrested and charged with trespassing. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Teresa Lynn Caine, 199 Fox Dr., Courtland, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Floyd Patterson Black, 509 Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-failure to comply. The case will be heard in Justice Court. 

July 22

Gary Dewayne Johnson,  1625 Hamer Hill Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jeffery Lankendrick Johnson, 105 B Pateu Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with two counts of simple assault (domestic). The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Christopher Craig Jones, 3151 Hwy. 6, Oxford, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

George Anthony Doyle, 3367 E Benson Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to pay. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jamarcus Rashun Black, 29118 Hwy. 51, Como, was arrested and charged with drive by shooting. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Janet Lynn Willis, 34 Banner Rd., Enid, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

July 23

Codie Lauren Jones, 268 Musgrove Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended (improper consent) and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Sabrina Nicole Barksdale, 26 Ramsey Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with furnishing contraband to an inmate. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Tabatha Danyelle Pittman, 206 James St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with two counts of shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Joseph Frank Lenard, 2213 Colesprings Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

July 24

Andricus Lee Draper, 418 Brittany Dr., Oxford, was arrested and charged with DUI-death and felony evasion. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Lee Andrew Humphrey Jr., 138 Hoskins Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with embezzlement. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Nicholas Earl Johnson, 138 Hoskins Rd., Batesville, has four years to serve MDOC. 

Cadarris Kuenton Cox, 11774 Mt. Level Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with burglary of a dwelling. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Lashnthra Lacheryl Kelly, 1054 Anderson St., Tunica, was arrested and charged with shoplifting and has a hold for Tate County. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jason Dale West, 335 Shamrock Dr. Apt. 2F, Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

July 25

Calvin Lee Jones, 3131 Seven Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with burglary of a dwelling and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Antonio Marquette Bunch, 303 Dewberry St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-second, switched tag, driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and improper parking. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Marco Antwan Gordon, 1177 Mt. Level Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with burglary of a commercial building. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

William Quinn West, 104 Franklin Street, Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI and careless driving. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Rodney James Burts, 231 Division St., Como, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Terry Fillmore Hurst, 195 Chandler Rd., Eupora, was arrested and charged with DUI and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Randy Dewayne Jackson, 207A Line St., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with DUI and improper turn. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Brandon Q. Brewer, 1263 Shuford Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended-implied consent, no proof of insurance and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

July 26

Linda Kaye Gross, 450 Union Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Saris Municipal Court.

Aaron Purnell, 767 Alvastage Rd., Kilmicheal, was arrested and charged with DUI, reckless driving, driving on wrong side of road and no seat belt. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Judy F. Brister, 395 Sullivant Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Eddie Hugh Harris, 162 B Main St., Courtland, was arrested and charged with shoplifting, no driver’s license and failure to stop to blue lights. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Arthur James Webb, 305 Hightower St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
